In the project Qualimedia a transnational Internet forum to discuss the quality of multi media productions and multi media programs has been established. It is a forum of and for experts which at the same time should be a qualitative instrument of research on this topic. Active access will only be possible for licensed experts. Passive access will be open for institutions (adult education institutions, production firmas, design institutes etc.)
